Unlike most sports, archery is not about being the fastest, biggest, or strongest. Instead, this sport rewards the athlete who consistently applies the principles of good shooting. This provides every athlete with the opportunity to excel regardless of their speed, size, or strength! Our church has invested in the proper equipment and training to provide every athlete with an excellent sports experience. .

What: Our program utilizes NASP (National Archery in the Schools Program) certified instructors to train youth and adults in tournament level archery from beginner to advanced. All of the needed equipment is tournament grade and is supplied by the church. Each hour long session will include 50 minutes of archery instruction/shooting and 10 minutes of Bible instruction where athletes will be challenged to make Jesus the target of their lives.

Where: All archery instruction will take place in the basement of Beacon Baptist Church 4800 State Rt. 31 Clay NY. Please enter the church through the front doors. The signs in the lobby will direct you to the church basement.

When: This program is temporarily on hold due to COVID restrictions but we hope to resume in 2022.
